We provide supercurricular tuition, university admissions support, and online courses. The scope, content, and delivery of any service will be agreed with you before it begins.

3. Bookings & payment

Fees, payment schedules, and any prerequisites are confirmed at the point of booking. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms presented to you at checkout or in your agreement.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

While we work hard to help students present their potential effectively, admission to any university depends on each student's grades, ability, and aptitude. We cannot and do not guarantee offers or places at any institution.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, resources, and content provided by CamVision Education remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
