3. Refunds

a. You have a right to cancel your purchase of an online course within the Cooling-Off Period.

3.2. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

a. Immediate Access: By accessing, downloading, streaming, or otherwise using any part of the digital content within the Cooling-Off Period, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to cancel and may not request a refund from CamVision Education.

b. Acknowledgment: At the time of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your agreement to this term to access the content immediately.

3.3. Accessing Online Content

a. Entitlement: If you are unable to access the digital content on the CamVision Education website, please get in touch with our support team and we will solve the issues.

b. Refunds: If we fail to resolve the issue, or cannot do so in a reasonable time frame, you may request a full refund from CamVision Education.

5. How to Request a Refund
