Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances in which CamVision Education will provide refunds for its tuition, admissions support, and online courses.
1. Trial sessions
We offer a trial session for our supercurricular tuition. Should you be unhappy with the results of your trial session, you can expect a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Online courses & digital products
Because our online courses and digital resources (including the EPQ Masterclass) provide immediate access to digital content, refund eligibility may be limited once content has been accessed. Specific terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase.
3. Cancellations
Where you wish to cancel a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. The amount refundable, if any, will depend on how much notice is given and how much of the service has been delivered.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within a reasonable period.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
